Huawei Nova 6 5G with model number WLZ-AN00 has surfaced on Geekbench benchmarking platform.
The listing has revealed that it will be yet another Kirin 990 powered smartphone from the company. The Nova 6 series that includes Nova 6 5G and 4G models will be made official in China on December 5.

The WLZ-AN00 Huawei Nova 6 5G Geekbench listing reveals that it is powered by an octa-core processor that has a base frequency of 1.86GHz. It seems to be powered by the same Kirin 990 chipset that is present under the hood of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro (non-5G) and Honor V30 smartphones. To be precise, it does not feature the Kirin 990 5G chipset. The SoC of the Nova 6 5G is coupled with 8 GB of RAM.
The Nova 6 5G phone is loaded with Android 10 OS. In the single-core test of Geekbench, the Nova 6 5G has recorded a score of 3,821. It has reached an impressive score of 11,963 in the multi-core test.

Huawei has only shared very little information on the Nova 6 series. The recent teasers have confirmed that the Nova 6 is equipped with a display that has a pill-shaped punch-hole. It includes a primary lens of 32-megapixel. The autofocus enabled selfie snapper will be able to capture 105-degree wide-angle selfies. It is equipped with a side-facing fingerprint reader.

Huawei Nova 6 5G is expected to come with an IPS LCD display. It may come in 8 GB and 12 GB RAM variants and storage options like 128 GB and 256 GB. The 32-megapixel main lens on the front could be assisted by a 12-megapixel sensor.
The rear shell of the phone could be fitted with 60-megapixel Sony IMX686 + 16-megapixel + 12-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera setup. It may house a 4,000mAh battery with 40W fast charging. The handset may arrive in China with a starting price of 3,499 Yuan ($497).
