How to Update?

You may already be familiar with the way to ensure your device stays updated. You will normally receive a notification, in this case from Verizon on the update and you have to tap ‘Yes I’m in’ to start the download. This is done to make sure your phone is on a Wi-Fi connection and the battery remaining is at least 50%. The update file will then download and after the download is complete you have to tap ‘Install’ to begin the installation. The phone may reboot automatically and you are now good to go.
