In recent times, there have been a series of speculations regarding the upcoming LG Stylo 5. Most recently, this smartphone with model number L722DL got certified by GCF.
This certification does not come with any other details of this phone save for the manufacturer, model name, model number, and marketing name. However, the LG Stylo 5 launch is imminent because there are already a series of cases, tempered glass screen protector, and kickstand cover for this smartphone on Amazon US. In addition, a couple of case renders have already appeared online and it reveals the design of this smartphone. For starters, this smartphone will use a single rear camera with a rear fingerprint sensor. This device will obviously be positioned as an entry-level smartphone or perhaps a mid-range device.

The specs of this smartphone have not been officially verified but there are reports that it will come with either a 6.2 or a 6.4-inch. As revealed by a tempered glass image which surfaced online, this smartphone comes with a notch but this is not verified. It is expected that this smartphone will come with Android 9 Pie OS.
Under the hood, this phone will use a Qualcomm mid-range chipset. Snapdragon 625 and Snapdragon 632 have so far been speculated and it will be supported by 3 GB/4 GB of RAM and 32 GB/64 GB of internal storage. As for the design, it looks just like the LG Stylo 4 which was released in the summer of 2018 in the US. However, there should definitely be some upgrades from the Stylo 4.
As for the pricing, there is no exact price tag for this device but there are reports that it will be a cost-effective smartphone. Recall that when the Stylo 4 was released, it was one of the most popular and cheap stylus series phone with a full-screen display at that time. Its predecessor is expected to attract more attention.
