Motorola is going to launch a couple of phones in 2017 and many of them have undergone some significant changes.
The Moto E4 and E4 Plus is a good example as allegedly leaked images of the phone reveals its design elements.
Moto E series had become the norm in the world of Motorola just like the Moto G phones. The company has been releasing at least one model every year and this year seems no different. The 2017 models have been leaked by none other than the popular Evan Blass on his Twitter account. He has been notoriously known for leaking products and technology industry news much ahead to their official launch. Most of his predictions have turned out to be true and based on his records, you can most probably be sure this phone will make its way to the stores soon.

While the company suggests them as two phones, they look pretty much similar in design. The first phone has a Moto logo on the bottom while the Plus variant has a fingerprint sensor which looks like the one used in the newly launched Moto G5 Plus. The position of the front facing camera has also been altered a bit, possibly to create more space for the internal components.
As a whole, the Moto E4 and E4 Plus looks pretty appealing with a premium design. Considering the price tag of the phones, we assume they will be made of plastic as using metal body is not a practical choice when they have to cut down costs wherever possible.
In the specifications, the Moto E4 will feature a decent 5-inch display with a very low resolution of 854×480 pixels. Under the shell, the phone is powered by a MediaTek 6737 chipset coupled with 16GB storage pace. The back end of the phone has a 5 megapixel camera while the front has a 2 megapixel snapper. The differences are very minimal between the two models including the specifications. It is the fingerprint sensor that matters most and is a welcome addition in the budget handset.
Earlier, a rumor suggested that the new E4 Plus is the Moto E4 Power or maybe the company is planning to launch three different devices this year. Being a leaked rumor, you should probably wait before the official announcement comes from Motorola. The phone is expected to get launched this summer and will be a great secondary phone at a budget price.
