Motorola’s Moto E6s is the third phone in the sixth generation E series phones to be released this year.
The phone has appeared in a Geekbench bechmark listing and confirms the processor to be MediaTek Helio P22 that clocks at 2 GHz. The phone has 4 GB RAM and will be released with Android 9 Pie OS. The performance scores are moderate at 772 and 2815 respectively for single and multi-core.
Motorola has already launched the Moto E6 and E6 Plus in different countries. Motorola is all set for a launch event later this week on the 16th, in India, and will be announcing Moto E6s. This was confirmed by India’s Flipkart page along with some key features of the phone. The 4 GB RAM mentioned in the Flipkart listing matches with the Geekbench listing found today.

Moto E6s is a budget phone that is valued at less than $120 and INR 8000 in India and this follows the trend set by the previous generation E series phones. While there are rumors that Moto E6s could be a rebranded Moto E6 Plus for India, the Geekbench scores suggest otherwise. The performance of Moto E6 Plus was superior at 830 and 3728 points in Geekbench, which is much higher than Moto E6s.
We’ll know all the unconfirmed details about this phone in just a couple of days as the phone will be officially launched on September 16. Stay tuned!
