New Gears of War 4 Campaign Footage Emerges Along With MP Maps

New Gears of War 4 Campaign Footage

A brand new campaign footage of Gears of War 4 was officially released by Microsoft.

The game just got better because it is all set to get launched on both Xbox One console and PC platforms.

The campaign mode was directly captured on the Xbox One platform. The graphics look awesome in it and it hardly shows any signs of being an outdated console. However, the same cannot be said about other titles which is why Microsoft is already busy working on the next generation Xbox Scorpio console.

In the video, a swarm is trying to take down Del, Kait, JD and the lead Marcus Fenix in a firefight. In the description, the developers explained that Kait’s mom has been abducted and the entire village has been destroyed by the swarm. They are supposed to battle through a heavy wave of Sera before they can reach their destination.

With so much action in it, it hardly makes sense to describe a Gears of War 4 video in words. You can check out the video below to see what the developers have brought about into the world of Marcus Fenix. Over seven minutes of footage has been released. It gives a very clear picture of how the single player campaign would look like.

A new multiplayer map which is to be part of Gears of War 4 has also been released. Titled Forge, the map is extremely close quarter and has so many corners where an enemy could ambush you at an unexpected moment. People who had the opportunity to attend the Comic Con 2016 event will have the chance to experience the game first hand.

It is available at the Xbox booth and is the first time Gears of War 4 is available for the public. The game has received some amazing feedback so far. Microsoft is also throwing a huge bundle with the Xbox One S 2 TB console, the game, multiple add-ons and a special custom designed controller inspired by the swarm. The console is priced at $450 and is probably already sold out because of its unique finish.

The big news is Gears of War 4 is coming to PC as well. You can always hook a Xbox controller to enjoy the game without having to compromise at any point. It is a big entry which will be followed by Forza and many other exclusives. Many of them support cross buy where you pay once and get the game on two platforms.
