Subtle changes are made to the body of the car that made is 35mm longer and at least 5mm wider than the previous generation model. The wheelbase has been increased by 30mm providing more space for the platform and better interiors.
Designers of the Porsche Panamera has completely redesigned the grille and added new air takes. It makes the car look aggressive and sporty at the same time. There’s also brand new LED lights which are long and stretches through the entire back of the car. Many design elements are inspired by the 911 and the 718 Boxster cars. By keeping their family of cars look similar, Porsche has managed to create a lineup of next generation models that share identical design factors.
A stylish rear wing is part of the new Porsche Panamera which deploys automatically and the exhaust pipes are made bigger than they used to be. The dashboard is completely revamped with touchscreen display and there are no more analog buttons. It is completely futuristic and easy to access but the company has kept the tachometer to commemorate the 1955 Porsche 356A.
In terms of technological advancement, the Panamera is way ahead of its competitors with two large seven inch displays and another 12.3-inch touchscreen for navigation purposes. The car supports Apple Carplay and has voice control system to secure the driver from any distractions. He or she can simply voice command to access what they need. The car is powered by a V6 and V8 engine which varies based on the type of model you choose to go for.
The top end of the Porsche Panamera is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 turbo engine capable of delivering 542 horsepower and has 770 Nm torque. The car can accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 3.8 seconds. It has a top speed of 190 miles per hour. A dedicated sports response button boosts the powertrain to deliver boosted performance.
