The time is just right to get really excited because the first batch of OnePlus 6 rendered images has leaked online.
The design looks fantastic and as rumored earlier, the phone is going to have a top notch just like the Apple iPhone X.
While manufacturers like Apple and Samsung focus on the high-end flagship models, OnePlus is a brand associated with affordable price tag yet flagship features. The OnePlus 6 is set to impress everyone if we are to go by the rendered images seen on Weibo. You can find them all here for your viewing pleasure and gear up to upgrade your smartphone.
OnePlus 6 Design: Top Notch like iPhone X
OnePlus 6 features a bezel-less design with a thin line that runs through the glass panel. The iPhone X inspired top-notch houses all the sensors along with the front camera that you could use for selfies. Based on the leaked images, the phone is expected to be available in three different color variants.
The colors include a creamy white, deep black and dark blue. Each one of them is attractive in its own ways. The phone features a vertical dual camera setup in the rear and the horizontal fingerprint scanner is right below the cameras. Going by the renders, the phone may feature matte or glossy finish based on the color variant you go with.
Thankfully, the designers who copied iPhone X retained the 3.5 mm headphone jack at the bottom of the phone. It’s something audiophiles and music lovers would love to see as using an adapter every time is not a practical solution.
OnePlus 6 Display
The OnePlus 6 will feature a 6.28-inch AMOLED display as confirmed by a previously leaked rumor. According to a recently leaked specs sheet, the phone will have a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels with 19:9 aspect ratio and features a glass back. It is yet to be confirmed whether it will sport wireless charging.
The OnePlus 6 will be powered by a 2.7GHz Snapdragon 845 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space, while it houses 8GB of RAM with 256GB of space on the high-end variant.
On the rear side, the device sports a powerful 20MP and 16MP dual camera setup while the front end could sport a 20MP selfie camera. OnePlus is expected to retain the cameras found in OnePlus 5T with minor tweaks to capture better photographs.
