A new Vivo phone with model number Vivo V1913A has been spotted on Geekbench. The same phone had appeared on TENAA in the previous month with full specifications and images.
Today, the Geekbench listing has confirmed the name of the processor that fuels the device which suggests that it could be the Vivo S1 smartphone that is expected to debut soon in India.
The Vivo V1913A Geekbench listing reveals that it has scored 1818 and 6019 respectively in single-core and multi-core tests. The Android 9 Pie OS comes preloaded on the device. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek MT6768V chipset and 6 GB of RAM. The MT6768 is the new Helio P65 chipset. The Vivo V1913A may release as the first phone powered by the Helio P65 SoC. The same phone had appeared in China’s CCC confirming support for 18W fast charging.
A recent report on IndiaShopps had claimed that the Vivo S1 that is expected to debut soon in India will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P65 chipset. Its leaked image had revealed that it is equipped with a waterdrop notch and triple camera setup on its rear. The image of the phone matches with the Vivo V1913A listed on TENAA. Hence, it appears that the Vivo V1913A phone could be the upcoming Vivo S1 for India.
The TENAA listing and the above shown poster reveals that Vivo S1 features a 6.38-inch S-AMOLED display that supports full HD+ resolution. It is equipped with screen fingerprint sensor. It has a front camera of 32-megapixel and 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup. The handset is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery. The SoC of the phone is supported by 4 GB and 6 GB of RAM. It has a native storage of 128 GB.
Vivo has already launched Vivo S1 with notch-less display and pop-up selfie camera in China. The handset has different specs than the Vivo S1 that it expected to debut in India. Hence, it is likely that the Vivo V1913A smartphone may launch with a different moniker in China.
