A mysterious 5G enabled Vivo smartphone with model number Vivo V1916A has been approved by the 3C authority of China.
Vivo had confirmed in June at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 Shanghai event that it will be releasing iQOO 5G as its first 5G phone within the third quarter of the year. Probably, the newly 3C certified Vivo V1916A smartphone could be the upcoming iQOO 5G smartphone.

The Vivo V1916A 3C listing reveals that it will be shipped with Vivo V3030A-CN charger that supports up to 44W rapid charging. There is no information available on the other specs of the Vivo V1916A smartphone. The iQOO gaming smartphone is the first phone from Vivo to support 44W rapid charging technology.
Hence, it appears that the Vivo V1916A could be the 5G edition of the iQOO gaming phone that is expected to release in Q3 2019. However, there is no concrete evidence to prove that the Vivo V1916A is indeed the iQOO 5G smartphone.
