Report: LG G6 Starts Selling in Canada Today at CAD 999.99

LG G6

Not so long ago, LG G6 started shipping for those who made early pre-orders via T-Mobile and it seems this has just triggered a surprise for the phone’s fans in Canada.

With many already expecting to see the phone in Canada starting April 7, it appears that some might get lucky to get their hands on this phone as early as today. This comes from an unnamed source that has close ties with the country’s Bell carrier and if the source is to be believed, the LG G6 will be available as from today.

Through MobileSyrup, the document containing this information stated that the carrier will start receiving the LG G6 as from March 28, with the possibility of commencing the sales right away. This will for sure give Bell a full week ahead of the rest, among them Rogers, Virgin Mobile, Fidomobile, Koodo Mobile, FreedomMobile, TELUS, SaskTel, and Videotron.

Just like it has been happening in other markets, those who buy the LG G6 from Bell will also get a free LG Sound Bar as well as a Wireless Subwoofer, but this deal is only valid until April 3rd. As for the price tag, the G6 is valued at CAD 999.99. Alternatively, you can grab it on a two-year contract at just CAD 199.99.

LG G6 Preorder

As if to show the world that the LG G6 is a completely safer device than Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and possibly the incoming Galaxy S8 and S8+, the South Korean tech giant took sections of the media on a tour of its battery plant in the country in a bid to remind people that they should be careful with Sammy devices, unless they want to get burnt (obviously), and instead go for the G6.

Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy S8 and S8+ tomorrow and despite LG’s dark tricks, the phone has received such a massive hype and many are truly looking forward to its launch. Whether this is just empty talk we’ll soon find out when the phones start selling a few weeks from now.
