Samsung Galaxy A13 5G will feature 50MP triple rear cameras, Dimensity 700 SoC, and teardrop notch display.
Samsung Galaxy A13 could be the company’s next budget phone 5G, which is expected to hit the market in early next year. It will be a successor to the Galaxy A12, which is a non-5G phone.
Key specifications of the Galaxy A13 5G have been tipped via multiple certifications and leaks, but the design was a mystery until today. Reputed tipster OnLekas has now shared renders of the phone, revealing the complete design.
As per the renders, Galaxy A13 5G has a flat display with slightly thick bezels at the bottom than on the other sides. It has a teardrop notch for the selfie shooter. The Galaxy A13 5G is said to have a plastic back housing a triple camera setup and an LED flash.
The device is said to flaunt a 6.48-inch IPS LCD display with an 83.4% screen-to-body ratio. It has a sim-tray on the left, while the volume and power buttons are there on the right side. At the bottom, it has cutouts for a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microphone, a speaker grille, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Recently, the Galaxy A13 5G was spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench. It revealed that the phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset paired with 4GB RAM. The handset will boot Android 11 OS out of the box with One UI custom skin at the top.
The Galaxy A13 5G is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging over a USB Type-C port. The triple camera setup on the back is likely to include a 50MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth unit. Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is expected to launch in early 2022 with a price tag of under €200 (approx $230).
