Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 is one of the Galaxy A series devices that are expected to be launched in the coming days if not weeks.

An event invite for the larger Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 has already been leaked and in fact, it is possible that Samsung could be planning to do the same for the Galaxy A5 2017. The tech giant is also expected to refresh other models of the Galaxy A series, but the date of this happening is not yet known.
According to rumors doing rounds, Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 will keep most of the design aspects of its predecessor, however, you can expect slightly thinner side bezels and a much finer metallic finish. As for the display, the screen size will remain at 5.2 inches and so will the resolution, which stands at 1920 x 1080 pixels, yielding a pixel density of 424ppi.
Last year’s model came with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 on top of the screen and even though the American company has already released the next-gen Gorilla Glass 5, expect the former to still feature on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A5 2017.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A5 2017 will reportedly come with an octa-core processor, possibly an Exynos 7880. This is the same processor that rumors claim will ship with the Galaxy A7 2017 alongside the same 3GB RAM, but the A5 2017 will feature 16GB of onboard storage as opposed to the 32GB/64GB expected on the A7 2017. The battery unit will be about 3000mAh and just like the larger A7, there will be 16MP sensors on both ends of the Galaxy A5 2017.
As noted earlier, Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 event invite has just been leaked and even though the dates have been censored, it means that the launch of the phone, probably alongside the Galaxy A5 2017, Galaxy A9 2017 as well as the smaller Galaxy A3 2017, is imminent.
