Up to now, the only major thing that we are waiting for is Samsung to unveil the Galaxy S8 and S8+ handsets, otherwise, most of the details about these two phones are already out here.
The latest leaks to join the party regard the color variants and price of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. According to WinFuture’s Roland Quandt, the S8 and S8+ will be coming in three color variants of black, silver, and violet.
In addition, the same tipster claims that Samsung Galaxy S8 will retail at a price of 799 euros while those who go for the Galaxy S8+ will have to pay an extra 100 euros. As you can see, these prices are meant for the European market, however, don’t be surprised if the two phones come to the U.S. priced at $799 and $899.
We still have about three weeks before we set our eyes on both Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, but more and more details about the phones keep coming in. In fact, we’ve seen quite a number of videos and images that allege to be for the two phones, however, don’t be quick to believe these images, especially given their source – China.

Nonetheless, we already know that March 29 is the day that Samsung will take the wraps off the Galaxy S8 and S8+. When the two come, the former will feature a 5.8-inch QHD AMOLED screen with curved edges while the latter will come with a larger 6.2-inch QHD AMOLED panel with the same edge-to-edge design as its smaller counterpart. If anything, size will be the only major difference between these two, with the rest of the specs expected to the same, among them a Snapdragon 835 SoC, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. But given their different screen sizes, they should also ship with different battery capacities, but the details are still unclear.
Since this is not an official communication from Samsung, it is better to take the details with a pinch of salt. However, given the huge improvements that the Galaxy S8 and S8+ are bringing compared to the S7 and S7 Edge, the price increase shouldn’t be much of a surprise.
