The Sims 4 franchise is known for releasing one expansion pack or stuff pack after the other.
If you are an ardent follower, you don’t need to be explained as to how a stuff pack works.
The game thrives on DLC content which Electronic Arts and Maxis continue to sell one after the other. Surprisingly, the developers have finally decided to not release anything new for the rest of the year. It is a welcome relief because your wallets will be safe at least for a couple of months, if not permanently. But, that is not going to stop the developers from releasing new expansion packs that are more expensive than stuff pack.
No More Sims 4 Stuff Packs
At least for the next couple of months, Maxis has confirmed that they don’t plan to release any new stuffs apart from the ones they have announced already. The next one to hit the stores will be the Eco Living stuff pack which is all the way up to 2018. Toddler stuff pack was one of the last releases which allowed adults to let the young ones have fun through different outdoor games and setup the park in such a way that kids could socialize with one another.
All the Packs Released So Far
If you are interested to know what Maxis released so far for the Sims 4 game, here is the complete list. A total of 12 different packs had been released so far which began with the Luxury Party pack, Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Spooky Stuff, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Kids Room, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Fitness and the last one is Toddler Stuff pack.
One of the best aspects of buying the Sims 4 Deluxe Edition is that you pay a premium and receive all the extra content released in the particular period. Despite all the catchy addons, these stuff packs don’t add much to the overall gameplay except for the cosmetic stuff like a gym, play area or a party spot.
For players who love to explore more and enjoy brand new content, the expansion packs are the way to go. They add completely new professions that you could excel at and also expand the world in new directions with brand new storylines to make use of. The Sims 4 is also coming to Xbox One and PS4 consoles before the end of this year.
