The Vivo T2 5G with a V2199GA model number has been spotted at the TENAA certification. At the same time, the device has appeared in the product library of China.
Earlier this month, the iQOO Neo 6 SE with model number V2199A was made official in the home market. The China Telecom listing serves as good evidence to confirm that the Vivo T2 5G will be a rebadged version of the iQOO Neo 6 SE.
Vivo T2 5G Specifications
The Vivo T2 5G has a 6.62-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution. The Chinese manufacturer has already confirmed that the device will carry support for a 120Hz refresh rate.
It has a 16-megapixel camera on the front for capturing selfies. The rear camera setup of the phone has a 64-megapixel main camera, which is coupled with 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel auxiliary cameras. The main snapper will carry support for OIS (Optical Image Stabilization).
The listing confirms that the Vivo T2 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset. It houses a 4,700mAh battery, which carries support for 80W fast charging. The device is preinstalled with the Android 12 OS. It measures 163 x 76.16 x 8.54mm and weighs around 190 grams.
The listing further reveals that the Vivo T2 5G will come in three variants, such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The three variants are listed for CNY 2,199 ($330), CNY 2,499 ($375) and CNY 2,699, ($406), respectively. It will come in two colors such as black and blue.
Readers are advised to digest the pricing information with a pinch of salt. The handset was previously scheduled to launch on May 23 in China. However, due to force majeure, its launch has been postponed to June 6.
