Vivo V1814A/T, V1816A/T, Vivo V1818A/T and V1820A/T Receive MIIT Approval of China

Vivo is one of the companies that has been actively releasing new phones in the market.

Multiple Vivo phones such as Vivo V1814A/T, V1816A/T, V1818A/T and V1820A/T have been spotted on the websites of CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) and MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) in China.

New Vivo phones with model number V1816A/T and V1818A/T have already been certified by 3C in China. The same phones have been also approved by MIIT authority. MIIT has also certified two other unknown phones Vivo V1814A/T and V1820A/T.

No information on the specs of these phones have been revealed through their MIIT certification. The 3C certification of V1816A/T and V1818A/T have revealed that they will carry support for 5V/2A (10W) charging. The low charging rate suggests that these could upcoming mid-range phones from Vivo. Probably, these could end up as the next Y-series of smartphones from the company.

Now that these phones have been certified by 3C and MIIT bodies in China, they are soon going to appear on TENAA with full specifications. It appears that Vivo V1816 smartphone has two variants such as V1816A and Vivo V1816T. Same goes for three other models.

Among the aforementioned devices, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) body has also certified Vivo 1814 and Vivo 1816 smartphones. Hence, it seems that the arrival of these mysterious Vivo phones could be close at hand.

In China, Vivo will be holding an unveil event on Oct. 17 to announce a new smartphone. It is speculated that the company may debut the Vivo Z3 phone through the upcoming launch event. The above listed mysterious mid-ranges may go official by the end of the year.
