[Updated: Confirmed Specs] Vivo Z5x (Vivo V1911A) Benchmarking and Certification Confirms Important Features Ahead of Release

Vivo Z5x with model number V1911A has appeared on the database of China’s 3C authority and in the Geekbench benchmarking site.

With just a day left for the official announcement of the Vivo Z5x smartphone, the company has revealed a few teaser images on its official Weibo account which confirms important features like Snapdragon 710 processor, 5000 mAh battery and 6.53-inch display, which were all just rumors in the past few days.

The phone also fared well in the AnTuTu benchmark listing scoring 173798 points. The AnTuTu benchmarking confirmed the presence of 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and Adreno 616 GPU. The display resolution would be 2340 x 1080 pixels.

The CCC listing has revealed that the smartphone may arrive with support for 18W rapid charging. The Chinese firm will be announcing the smartphone on May 24 through an event in China.

According to the 3C listing of V1911A, the Vivo Z5x will be shipped with V1820B-CN charger that will bring support for up to 18W charging on the device. It is the same charging adapter that is shipped with Vivo X27 and Vivo X23 smartphones. Recent reports have revealed that the Vivo Z5x will include a 5,000 mAh battery. Despite featuring a behemoth battery, the Vivo Z5x is expected flaunt a slim design of around 8mm.

The Vivo Z5x will be Vivo’s first phone to arrive with punch-hole display design. It is speculated that the phone could be equipped with a 6.53-inch IPS LCD panel. There is no information of the camera that will be present inside the punch-hole. The display is likely to carry support for full HD+ resolution.

The V1911A phone has also appeared on Geekbench today to reveal some of its key specs. The Geekbench listing of the Vivo Z5x has revealed that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 710 chipset that includes an octa-core processor that works at 2.2 GHz and 8 GB of RAM. The FunTouch OS UI based Android 9 Pie OS will be available preinstalled on the device. The smartphone is equipped with a triple camera setup on its rear.

The smartphone is now up for reservations on JD.com. It is listed in multiple variants like 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RM + 128 GB’s storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. It will be available in color options like Extreme Night Black and Phantom Blue.
