The 2018 Suzuki Swift witnessed its launch much earlier to the Frankfurt auto show because the automobile brand didn’t want to lose the limelight to dozens of other brands heading to the show.

The supermini is a hot and happening model which is scheduled for a full launch at the Frankfurt motor show. However, the photographs released so far in association with the technical specification, we do know more about the car with very little left to be discussed during the expo. The saving grace is that Suzuki may bring the 2018 Swift to the show so that people could witness it in metal and glance through the modified design elements that help the car stand apart from the outgoing version.
The primary goal of the model is to provide a super hot mini within the budget so that buyers could get the best of both worlds. Based on the rumors that had emerged so far, the 2018 Suzuki Sport will be priced competitively in such a way that it provides a tough competition for the Ford Fiesta ST. It will also be on par with the Volkswagen Up! GTI edition by being a powerful mini that delivers superb performance.

For drivers looking for a cross country B-road experience, Suzuki Swift will offer best handling and has undergone a sporty makeover in terms of external design. The car features a fully revised front grille, side splitter, diamond cut alloy wheels and a sleek bumper which looks as aggressive as it could get. The photos released by the company reveal most of the car’s design language and the way Suzuki wants to make their next Swift compete against other offerings in the market.
However, it doesn’t show some of the elements such as its overall performance on road, fuel efficiency and so on. The car is equipped with Sports seats, has a flat bottomed steering wheel just like the ones you will find on race cars and uses ample quantities of red stripes to make it look like a real race car. The dashboard is dominated by a large 7-inch infotainment system using which passengers can control all the functionalities within the car. It has an additional 4.2-inch display and supports all major connectivity options including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can also stream music via bluetooth through the car’s speaker system.
The 2018 Suzuki Swift Sport is expected to be priced at £16,000 bringing it on par with the outgoing model and making it an affordable choice for most buyers.
