Three new smartphones have been certified by Russia’s Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) today.
There is one from Motorola, one from Realme (which could be Realme 5 Pro) and two Xiaomi phone model numbers. Let’s find out what these could possibly turn out to be.
This model number has been spotted for the first time today in a certification site. Realme RMX1971 was already certified by Russia’s EEC agency a few weeks ago. The same model number also bagged certification from India’s BIS agency, confirming the release of the phone in India as well. Now that RMX1981 has also been certified, we can expect this to be the higher (Pro) variant of the upcoming Realme 5 smartphone. Realme is expected to release as many as 3 phones with Quad cameras by the end of October.
Even this model number has been spotted for the first time. This could well be one among the upcoming Android One phones from Motorola. Moto XT2013 was certified as Moto One Action. Given the fact that the model number is quite similar, we can expect this to be another Android One phone which could either be Motorola One Zoom/Pro or Motorola One Macro.
Xiaomi M1904F3BG (Mi CC9)
This model number belongs to the European variant of Xiaomi Mi CC9. However, it is likely that the phone will be released with a different moniker such as Xiaomi Mi A3 Lite or something else in the region. What’s certain is that this model is definitely heading towards this region as well.
A Xiaomi phone with similar model number was recently certified in China is rumored to a gaming phone with MediaTek’s Helio G90T chipset. During the last week of July, MediaTek announced its two new gaming processors namely Helio G90 and G90T. Immediately after the announcement, Redmi’s chief Lu Weibing confirmed that Redmi will soon be launching a phone powered by Helio G90T processor this month.
The variant of this phone with model number M1906G7T appeared in TENAA recently. This phone is also speculated to be coming with a 64MP camera sensor. We can expect more details on this phone in the days to come.
