Three new Xiaomi tablets with model numbers M2105K81C, M2105K81AC, and 21051182C have been spotted on 3C certification and could belong to Mi Pad 5 series.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series has been in the rumor mill for a while. Past reports have told us several key details about the tablets. Today, we have spotted three new Xiaomi tablets on the 3C certification, which are most likely belong to Mi Pad 5 series. The tablets are identified by model numbers – M2105K81AC, 21051182C, and M2105K81C.
The 3C listing reveals that Xiaomi M2105K81AC and M2105K81C support 67W fast charging, while the 21051182C supports 33W fast charging. Among three of these, the M2105K81C supports 5G connectivity. Based on the 3C details, we can assume that the 21051182C is a vanilla model, M2105K81C is the top-end model, and the M2105K81AC will sit between these two.
The Xiaomi M2105K81C was recently spotted on MIIT certification and the 21051182G recently got certified by the Russian EEC authority. Getting the certifications suggests that the tablets may launch soon in the market. Notably, 21051182G most likely refers to the global variant and 21051182C refers to the Chinese model.
Past reports revealed that Mi Pad 5 will use an LCD panel with 120Hz refresh rate support. The tablet is said to be lightweight, thin, and has a right-angled design for the screen, similar to iPad Pro.
The vanilla model is rumored to use MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, while the high-end model could be powered by Snapdragon 870 SoC. The vanilla Mi Pad 5 could offer a 20MP + 12MP dual rear camera and a single front-facing camera. It is said to have a 10.95-inch display and dua-cell battery with a total capacity of 8,720mAh.
Xiaomi has no word on the Mi Pad 5 series yet. But, we can expect to hear official announcements once the tablets get near to the launch.
