Asus ROG Phone II with model numbers ASUS_I001DA and ASUS_I001DB has been found on the database of China’s TENAA telecom authority.
Based on the recent reports, ASUS_I001DA, I001DB, I00DC and I00DD are all the variants of the upcoming ROG Phone 2 gaming smartphone. The TENAA listing of the smartphone has confirmed some of its preliminary specs and images.

The ASUS_I00DA TENAA listing reveals that it is equipped with 6.59-inch display. It has a minimum capacity of 5,800 mAh. The typical capacity of the phone’s battery could be 6,000 mAh. Hence, it appears that ROG Phone II could be arriving with the largest battery smartphone from a mainstream brand. The handset measures 170.99 x 77.6 x 9.78 mm. No other details of the phone are available on TENAA yet. Hopefully, the TENAA listing of the phone could be updated with full specs before the July 23 launch date of ROG Phone 2.
The phone’s images have also appeared as part of the TENAA listing. By tweaking the brightness of the front image of the phone, we can see that there is no notch in the display. There is a regular bezel at the top and bottom of the phone and we can see the dual front-firing speakers present as well.
The rear image of the phone confirms the presence of dual cameras and dual flash but there is no fingerprint sensor available. This suggests the phone will have an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Asus ROG Phone 2 Specs and Leak
The ROG Phone 2 variant that has a model number of ASUS_I001DC was recently spotted on Geekbench. It had reveled that the smartphone features a massive 12 GB of RAM and it runs on Android 9 Pie OS. Asus also already confirmed that the ROG Phone II will be the first smartphone to be powered by Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform that offers faster CPU and GPU performance than the regular SD855 chip. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, the smartphone had respectively scored 3613 and 11103 points.

A couple of leaked photos of the ROG Phone 2 that had appeared in the recent past had revealed that its display won’t sporting a notch. The leaked images revealed that it could be arriving with regular bezels like the predecessor model. This has been confirmed by the images seen in the TENAA listing. The 3C listing of the smartphone had revealed that it will be arriving with support for 30W fast charging.
