Once you pick the spot, it is your job to turn it into a full-fledged settlement. One can build ten different settlements and live there for a while before choosing to simply get rid of them all. Faction Housing Overhaul provides all modern day amenities in the post-apocalyptic world of Fallout 4. The mod adds a lot of new things to the simple faction housing including a gym, work bench, new furniture, entertainment items and increased storage space so everyone could live in complete luxury. The particular mod however is limited to Castle, Institute, Prydwen, Vault 81 and Railroad.
Don’t Call Me Settler improvises the way settlers look. Just because they live in the wasteland doesn’t mean they have to feel and look so bad right? The particular mod leads to an overhaul in costumes allowing settlers to dress in suits and make them look more civilized. With this mod, you will pleasantly be surprised as it adds over 150 new people to the world making it more habitable than it usually is.
