FIFA 17 demo is now available on all major platforms – Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC. Electronic Arts had launched the title just in time before the big launch date.
The news was revealed in an official blog post from EA. The developers claimed that they have picked important events from the Journey mode so as to give players a glimpse of how good FIFA 17 is. The demo allows players to be Alex Hunter and the mode will allow him to take part in multiple matches on behalf of Manchester United.
Kick Off mode is included in the demo version. It allows players to instantly join a match and start playing it with preset teams. There are multiple new skill games included in FIFA 17. They are activated when matches are loaded in the background. It has been one of the best features about the FIFA series and Electronic Arts continues to promote it with new additions every year.
Teams included in the game are Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter, Juventus, Seattle Sounders, Olympique Lyonnais, Paris Saint Germain, Bayern Munchen, Tigres UANL MX and Gamba Osaka. Three different stadiums are being included in the demo – Stamford Bridge, Century Link and Suita City Football Stadium. All the above content will be available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.
However, owing to hardware constraints Electronic Arts have removed the Journey mode and some specific features in the Frostbite Engine so that FIFA 17 runs on older generation console without any issues. The game has some amazing content and new graphical representations made possible by the improved Frostbite Engine.
It is the same powerful game engine that is being used to make titles like Battlefield 4 and even the newly launched Battlefield 1. All of them are EA games that allow the company to have control over the end user experience. Pro Evolution Soccer 2017, the big competitor to FIFA 17 has its own demo mode available on PS4, Xbox One platforms. For players who love nothing but the most authentic experience, PES is an amazing choice.
Presentation, voice acting and special kits are usually found in FIFA series. However, this 2017 edition is quite competitive because Konami has managed to bag rights for one of the biggest teams in the world and many others. Players now have two amazing soccer titles to choose from this year on multiple platforms.
