Gamescom 2016 – Electronic Arts, Blizzard and Ubisoft Will Reveal New Titles

Blizzard gamescom 2016

One of the biggest gaming expos after the E3 2016 is Gamescom scheduled to take place this week.

The event will host all major game developers including Electronic Arts, Blizzard and Ubisoft.

Microsoft and Sony have decided to skip the big event for some reason. They are not going to live broadcast any of the Xbox One or Playstation 4 titles. However, many of these titles are made by the top developers and published by the best in the industry. All of them are going to be in the show floor giving players an opportunity to experience the games firsthand. The footfalls in the venue is expected to be on par with the E3 2016 event held this year.

Blizzard gamescom 2016 conference has raised huge expectations. The company has already rolled out Fallout 4, Doom and Skyrim Remastered Edition. All that is left is to make new announcements. They may just talk about existing games and keep the new launches reserved for 2017. We cannot confirm these at the moment. The conference will take place at 6:30 pm CEST European time. You can probably calculate the right time based on your region.

Electronic Arts is going to make their presence with some familiar titles including FIFA 17, NFL 17, NHL 17 and many more. They are one of the biggest publishers who are also known for rehashing the same titles every year. Let’s just hope EA has some interesting announcements and gameplay videos to show at gamescom 2016 this year. They also have the biggies including Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 in their list. New trailers are inevitable but with the launch date close by, these titles are better experienced on your favorite platform than at the show floor. EA will start their conference at 7:15 pm CEST.

Ubisoft has a whole lot of games including a South Park title, Ghost Recon Wildlands in the Tom Clancy series, Watch Dogs 2 and some virtual reality titles. Watch Dogs 2 is a hyped game we don’t know much about. More details could be revealed during the Ubisoft press conference. Bungie is taking part in the event with. A lot of gameplay trailers will be showcased which you can later watch online on Youtube.

There is a funny Half Life 3 posted sponsored by a marketing company at Gamescom 2016 entrance. We know for sure the game is not going to be out at least until 2053!
