Rockstar Games maintained silence on the pricing details of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of Grand Theft Auto 5 but now, some prominent information about it has come to the fore.
GTA V will release on PS 5 and Xbox Series X/S at a very attractive discount of 50%. It must be remembered that this is an introductory discount offer and might not be around for a very long time.

Rockstar Games has not shared any details about the pricing of the game that is scheduled to have a March 15 release. However, one can start pre-purchasing the game from March 8. As per reports, this much-awaited game will feature three different graphics modes.
Just like the earlier versions of GTA V, this one, too, will enable players to play Grand Theft Auto Online. A standalone version of GTA Online is also scheduled to be launched around the same time. So, players will have the option of getting the two games as a packaged product or buying GTA Online as astandalone game.
The Xbox Australia has listed Grand Theft Auto 5 at a price of AUD $29.98 which happens to be 50% less than its original price. This discount offer is valid till June 14, post which its price will shoot up to AUD $59.95. On the same website, the standalone version of GTA Online is being sold for AUD $15.48.

PlayStation’s official website for GTA 5 does not offer information on pricing details yet but there is a strong chance of Sony providing its customers with a similar discount offer as it has rolled out a promotional deal for GTA Online. This particular offer will be available free for a period of three months from the game’s official launch. This offer has been made available only for PS5 players who have invested in a PlayStation Plus subscription.
That's going to be a sweet deal for PlayStation users considering the online is free, so it'll probably be very cheap to get the Story Mode alongside it.
