GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition Gets a Release Date!

Rockstar Games recently announced the much-anticipated launch date of ‘GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition’.

The game will be officially launched on November 11 and can be played on a wide range of devices like PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series.

It must be noted that this would be the digital version of ‘Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition’. The physical version of the game will be unveiled on December 7. Rockstar Games has also assured fans that the game will be available on mobile devices by late 2022.

To take the hype around the game a notch higher, Rockstar Games has released a short clip of the upcoming game on YouTube. As compared to the graphics that one came across in the other games in the series, the graphics in ‘GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition’ seem to be much more advanced. According to the gaming company, Xbox X and PS5 players will be able to enjoy the game at 4K at 60 frames per second.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game will have different switch-specific controls like gyro tracking and will also enable the user to zoom and pan the touchscreen camera. The PC version of the game will be compatible with the Nvidia DLSS chipset.

Rockstar Games has also claimed that ‘GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition’ will have a bunch of modern controls inspired by GTA V. There will also be an upgraded lighting system along with major resolution upgrades.

Once the game is officially launched on November 11, gamers who have subscribed to Xbox Game Pass will have access to ‘Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition’. From December 7, they can play ‘GTA III: The Definitive Edition’ on PlayStation, starting December 7’.
