iQOO Neo6 (V2196A) has appeared in the database of the AnTuTu benchmarking site. The listing has revealed its processor, RAM, storage, and other details.
Previously, the same device was spotted at TENAA, 3C, and Geekbench. The IMEI database listing of the V2196A that was seen in the past revealed that it will arrive in the market with the iQOO Neo6 name.
iQOO Neo6 AnTuTu listing
The iQOO Neo 6 AnTuTu listing shows that it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile platform. The handset is likely to arrive in multiple configurations in China. The variant that surfaced on AnTuTu is equipped with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The device runs on Android 12 OS and carries support for a 120Hz refresh rate. It scored 241,598 in the CPU test, 486,260 in the AnTuTu test, 168,806 in the memory test, and 168,337 in the UX test. It recorded a total score of 1,065,001 on the benchmarking platform.

At the end of March, the iQOO Neo 6 had appeared on Geekbench. It scored 1193 and 3523 points in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, respectively. The Geekbench listing also revealed specs such as Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 12GB of RAM, and Android 12 OS, which is likely to be overlaid with OriginOS.

The TENAA listing of the Neo 6 has revealed that it is equipped with a 6.62-inch AMOLED screen, which probably supports a Full HD+ resolution. It will be packed with a 4,7000mAh battery that carries support for 80W rapid charging. The device is equipped with a triple camera unit, but there is no word on the megapixel count of its camera sensors. The Neo 6 is slated to go official on April 13 in China.
