South Korean manufacturing giant LG, may have given up on the highly competitive Chinese smartphone market, but certainly not on other Asian countries.
Recent certifications from NCC in Taiwan and IMDA in Singapore suggests that LG G8s ThinQ which was first released in February 2019 is now coming to Taiwan and Singapore.
The NCC certification was spotted a couple of weeks ago while the IMDA certification popped up last week. The same phone with different model numbers (LM-G810EAW, LM-G810EA, LM-G810RA, LM-G810N, and LM-G810NO) has been certified in Russia (EEC), Anatel (Brazil), BTSIG and Wi-Fi Alliance. As of now, there is no information on the exact date of the release of this device in these countries but we don’t expect any changes from the smartphone we saw back in February.
