The success of a brand like Meizu depends on the fact that it will be much more affordable for most buyers at the same time, will not be too slow or laggy. The Meizu M6 Note is everything one would expect of a big, tablet like smartphone that also doubles up as a communication and multimedia device. An interesting feature is that this is the first ever smartphone which will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, making it reliable on the long run.

A lot of processors had tried their best but Qualcomm’s Snapdragon stays on top because it doesn’t have heating issues, functions efficiently on the long run and doesn’t fail throughout the lifetime of the smartphone. The Meizu M6 Note features a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The fingerprint sensor is comfortably placed below the screen making it easy to instantly access it whenever users need to.

The manufacturers have given a lot of attention to the camera in the phone. It features a dual camera setup provided by Sony. The rear end sports a 12 megapixel camera which works in unison with another 5 megapixel camera to create the coveted Bokeh effect. For low light performance, the phone is equipped with dual-tone 4 LED flash and also has a dual sensor lock which reduces auto focus time to a meager 0.03 seconds, making it the fastest one in the market.

Everything about the rear end camera sounds promising but the smartphone manufacturer has given equal importance to front as well. The front end is dominated by a powerful 16 megapixel camera with a f/2.0 aperture making it a superb camera to rely on for your selfies. The phone runs on the latest Android operating system version 7.1.2 Nougat which is covered on top with the Flyme OS 6.0 with lots of manufacturer specific customizations.

Under the metal shell, the Meizu M6 Note is powered by a large 4,000 mAh battery and supports quick charging features. The base models have 3GB of RAM and sport 16 GB or 32 GB storage spaces while a more powerful model features 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB storage space. The entry level model with lower storage space costs $164 while the top end variant costs $254.
