OnePlus 5T Lava Red Edition is yet another variant of the most popular Android smartphone in the market right now.
Previously, the manufacturer proudly launched the Star Wars edition of the device which featured special carvings on the back combined with icon packs and special ringtones for ardent fans.
In the recent past, it was expected that the Lava Edition of the smartphone will be launched on January 26th in India. However, the date has been preponed as the company plans to bring the smartphone to the market as soon as possible. It could be due to lots of reasons such as the announcement that the Samsung Galaxy S9 is getting launched as early as February during the Mobile World Congress 2018.
OnePlus 5T is easily the best Android smartphone that you could buy in any part of the world because it costs $500 or so and is very affordable when compared to most other flagship models. Besides, the manufacturer offers premium quality finish and near Vanilla Android experience that is on par with Google Pixel phones and Samsung Galaxy S8 or other devices in the series.

The only catch with the newly announced Lava Red Edition is that it is comparatively more expensive than the base edition. The phone will cost about $595 which is about $100 more than original model and some users may not be willing to spend more in order to get the same hardware specifications.
The average buyer would rather consider buying the other colored variants available for the OnePlus 5T. In terms of hardware specifications, the device sports a large 6.1-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels. It also uses Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for added durability and robust finish to the display.
The phone is also known for its camera capabilities as it has a 16 megapixel camera in the rear with f/1.7 aperture combined with 20-megapixel camera. Both cameras are supplied by Sony and is capable of 4K video recording. The phone is pretty strong in the specifications front as it has 8 GB of RAM combined with 128GB of storage space and a solid 3,300 mAh battery. The device runs on Android 7.1 out of the box but will eventually get upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo. Even older devices like the OnePlus 5 has received the latest update from Google. OnePlus 5T launches on January 20th in India with its unique Lava Red edition.
