Oppo F3 Plus Appears in GFXBench, Key Specs Revealed

Oppo F3 Plus

About two weeks ago, alleged specs of the Oppo F3 Plus were leaked, giving out just about every detail of the phone.

Now, in a new development, the phone has now made an appearance at GFXBench for the first time, showing off its hardware specs as well as a number of major features. Apparently, the story is the same, which adds more weight to previous rumors about the phone’s specs and features.

Oppo is known for its huge focus on selfie cameras and the Oppo F3 Plus is no different from the rest. Apparently, the previous leak had pointed towards a dual-lens setup for the front camera, where one lens will be a 16MP and the other an 8MP. As for the back camera, the leak had pointed to a 16MP sensor. According to the GFXBench listing, the rear shooter will come with a 16MP lens, which is same as the front camera. However, both cameras will only manage video recording of up to 1080p, but you’ll get photos in higher resolutions.

Listed with model number CPH1613, the alleged Oppo F3 Plus has a massive 6-inch display screen with a Full HD (1080p) resolution. This is also the same as what had been leaked before, alongside the same 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. For the processor, the benchmark shows off a Qualcomm octa-core processor that is clocked at a speed of 1.9GHz and is paired with an Adreno 510 GPU, implying that it’s a Snapdragon 653 that had been hinted at earlier.

In terms of software, the Oppo F3 Plus has been confirmed with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow running the show, which could be a deal breaker for an otherwise very impressive package. If previous reports remain true, the phone will pack a massive 4000mAh battery that should support fast battery charging. On the brighter side, it won’t be long before we know the full details of the Oppo F3 Plus as it has a launch date of March 23, which is next week Thursday.
