Oppo PBAM00 Fueled by Snapdragon 625, 4 GB RAM Appears on Geekbench

In the previous month, Oppo smartphones with model numbers PBAM00 and PBAT00 were certified by TENAA in China.

These devices could be the two variants of an upcoming Oppo smartphone. The TENAA listings of these phones have revealed their entire specifications. TENAA had only revealed that PBAM00 and PBAT00 phones are driven by 1.8 GHz octa-core processor. The PBAM00 smartphone has appeared on Geekbench to confirm on the name of the chipset that is present under its hood.

According to the Geekbench listing of PBAM00, the handset is preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo and it includes 4 GB of RAM. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 625 which is mentioned as msm8953 on the benchmarking site. In single-core and multi-core benchmarking tests of Geekbench, the OPPO PBAM00 has respectively scored 777 and 3870 points.

The TENAA listings of PBAM00 and PBAT00 have revealed that both the phones have identical specs. The PBAM00 measures 156.2 x 75.6 x 8.2mm and weighs 168 grams. It is fitted with a 6.2-inch HD+ display that supports 19:9 aspect ratio. The 32 GB and 64 GB storage editions of the phone include 3 GB and 4 GB of RAM.

The handset also features a microSD card slot. It is loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo. For photography, it features 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup and a frontal shooter of 8-megapixel. It is packed with a 4,100 mAh battery. The color variants of the smartphone are pink, light blue, dark blue and purple. As of this writing, there is no information available on the actual name and launch date of this smartphone.
