Two new OPPO phones with model numbers CPH1979 and CPH1983 have been spotted on the website of Bluetooth SIG body.
The Bluetooth certification of these phones do not contain their final product names. However, the listings do reveal the key specifications for both smartphones.
OPPO CPH1979 (Oppo Reno Variant) Specifications
The OPPO CPH1979 reveals that it is fitted with a 6.41-inch AMOLED display and it is fueled by the MediaTek MT6779V chipset which is nothing but Helio P90. It appears that the CPH1979 will be arriving as the first OPPO smartphone to feature the Helio P90 SoC that includes two CPU cores working at 2.2 GHz and six CPU cores gunning at 2.0 GHz. The smartphone is packed with a 4,045 mAh battery.
The handset is fitted with a 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. For capturing selfies, it features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi and ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9 Pie OS.
The CPH1979 smartphone has already acquired certification from Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Moreover, it appears that the CPH1979 could be the very same phone that was spotted on TENAA yesterday with PCDM10 / PCDT10 model number since both phones have identical specs. Going by the rear design of the phone, it is pretty clear that this is a Reno variant.
Apart from the aforementioned specs of CPH1979 that matches with PCDM10 / PCDT10, the latter is equipped with waterdrop-style notched display with in-screen fingerprint reader, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage.
OPPO CPH1983 Specifications
The CPH1983 has a 6.4-inch display that supports full HD+ resolution. The smartphone is fueled by Snapdragon 710 SoC. For photography, it features 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup and a front-facing camera of 25-megapixel. Its other features include ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9 Pie OS, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.
