Let’s take a look at the Poco M4 Pro 5G key specifications revealed via Geekbench ahead of the launch.
Poco M4 Pro 5G launch is right around the corner as the device has already passed through multiple certifications. Now, the device has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking listing with model number “21091116AC”. Here, “C” means that it is the Chinese variant of Poco M4 Pro, while the global variant can be identified by the model number “21091116AG”. Let’s take a look at the processor, RAM, and other details revealed via the Geekbench.
The phone runs Android 11 out of the box. Sadly, no Android 12. It is powered by an octa-core MT6833P processor, which is nothing but the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The 8GB RAM variant was tested on Geekbench v5, which produced 603 points in the single-core test and 1,779 points in the multi-core test on the benchmarking platform.
Last month, we spotted the Poco M4 Pro 5G on the 3C certification site. It revealed that the device supports 33W fast charging. The Poco phone was also spotted on TENAA with key specifications. As per the listing, the new Poco phone has a 6.6-inch OLED display with 1,080 × 2,400 pixels FullHD+ resolution. It is backed by a 4,900mAh rated capacity battery, which is likely to be marketed as 5,000mAh capacity. The phone is listed to support a microSD card for additional storage of up to 512GB.
TENAA listing further reveals that the device measures 163.56×75.78×8.75mm and weighs about 195g. It will feature 50MP triple rear cameras. The fingerprint sensor will be placed under the display. Connectivity features for Poco M4 Pro include 5G, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
As of now, there’s no word from Poco regarding the launch or availability of the Poco M4 Pro 5G. Hopefully, the company will announce the arrival in the coming days, as the device has already bagged the necessary certifications. We are likely to hear more about the phone in the coming days.
