Pokemon Unite Update Attempts To Resolve Hoopa Issues

Pokemon

Pokemon Unite was launched in July last year and ever since its release, its development team has provided it with regular updates and added new content to it from time to time.

In less than a year, Pokemon Unite has managed to generate a lot of interest owing to the fact that it is the first multiplayer online battle area or MOBA spawned by the Pokemon franchise. The several unique additions made to it in the last couple of months have also helped in sustaining the hype around it.

From popular Pokemons like Blastoise to relatively newer ones like Cramorant, the game has seen many interesting creatures being added to it in the recent past. Since the last couple of days, the Pokemon Day festivities have been taking place. So, the team couldn’t have found a better time to add Hoopa to the overall setup.

Hoopla’s inclusion in Pokemon Unite was expected to involve a set of complexities. The official website of the game itself stated that Hoopa encompasses multiple expert-level strategies. The abilities of the Psychic or Ghost-like figure were driven by his signature rings. The same rings enable the player or some member of their team to teleport across different sections of the map. The Unite Move enhances the battle abilities of the player and also provides them with a teleportation ring.

While all these mechanics were added to improve the gaming experience, it also resulted in the invasion of several glitches and bugs. Many fans reported about these and as per reports, an upcoming update of the game has been designed to resolve these issues.

Through its official Twitter handle, the Pokemon Unite team made an official announcement about the bugs and other issues pertaining to Hoopa being fixed in the near future. In the Twitter thread, the team has also listed the specific bugs that it aims to get rid of. Many of these issues are related to how the dimensional rings of Hoopa interact with Pokemon.

On March 11, an update will be rolled out that will, hopefully, fix the bugs in a short span of time. Though one has to wait for a few more days for this hotfix to arrive, there is a good chance of it being offered along with a bigger update. With the upcoming package, there is a possibility of players receiving a new Holowear or some other interesting content like Duralodon.

Hoopa’s addition has coincided with the inclusion of unique Pokemon Day content to the game. A new mode named Fury has been added to the game, comprising of matches that revolve around the concept of battling. This mode has many similarities to another mode called Team Deathmatch that you might have witnessed in a bunch of other games.
