The OPPO PCKM70 smartphone has just appeared with full specifications on the database of China’s TENAA regulatory body.
It seems to be the 5G edition of the Reno2 smartphone that was made official in India in the previous month.
Unlike the Reno2 that is fueled by Snapdragon 730G, Oppo Reno2 5G is a flagship phone powered by the latest Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform.
The OPPO PCKM70 TENAA listing reveals that it is fitted with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display. The screen is notch-less and it supports 1080 x 2340 pixels full HD+ resolution. It is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Its dimensions are 161.8 x 76.8 x 9.5mm and it weighs 212 grams. The volume buttons are placed on the left edge of the device whereas the power button is on the right.

The 2.96 GHz octa-core processor powers the PCKM70 OPPO phone in the Snapdragon 855+ SoC. It is assisted by 12 gigs of RAM. The native storage of the PCKM70 phone is 256 GB. The smartphone boots to Android 9 Pie OS and it could be featuring the latest edition of ColorOS 6. There is no external storage on the device.
The TENAA listing states that the OPPO PCKM70 has five cameras. However, the listing has information on only four lenses of the smartphone. The rear image of the phone shows that it has four lenses, but the listing states it includes a 48-megapixel lens, a 13-megapixel lens and an 8-megapixel lens. There is no information on the remaining lens.
The rear image of the smartphone suggests that its third sensor could be a periscope lens. The handset is equipped with a 16-megapixel pop-up camera. Probably, it could be housed in a shark-fin camera module.
Oppo Reno2 5G has a minimum rated battery of 3,930 mAh. Its 3C certification that was spotted in August had revealed that it would carry support for 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
