The Honor ASK-AL00x smartphone has received approval from the TENAA authority of China as well as several other certifications.
As usual, the TENAA certification has leaked the entire specifications of the phone. Moreover, the phone has also been spotted recently on 3C, Geekbench benchmarking platform as well as on the database of the Bluetooth SIG body.
The TENAA listing of the Honor ASK-AL00x has revealed that it features a 6.39-inch IPS display with a punch-hole design. Since it supports HD+ resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels, it appears that it could be the cheapest smartphone with punch-hole display. The smartphone measures 159.81 x 76.13 x 8.13mm and it weighs 176 grams.
The 2.2 GHz octa-core processor fuels the smartphone. Sadly, the Geekbench listing of the phone fails to reveal the name of the processor that has a base frequency of 1.71 GHz. The phone will be releasing in 64 GB and 128 GB storage models in China and its RAM variants are 4 GB and 6 GB. There is a microSD card slot on the device for more storage. The smartphone is loaded with Android 9 Pie OS.
The minimum capacity battery of 3,900mAh powers the Honor ASK-AL00x. Its 3C listing has revealed that it may carry support for 10W charging. The Bluetooth SIG approval of the phone has revealed that it will offer Bluetooth 4.2 support. Geekbench has benchmarked the 6 GB variant of the phone. It has scored 1522 and 5279 respectively in the single-core and multi-core tests of the benchmarking platform.
The rear side of the Honor ASK-AL00x lacks a fingerprint scanner which indicates it could be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. There is a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup with LED flash on the top-left corner of the device. It probably features an 8-megapixel sensor on the front.
