A new Galaxy smartphone with model SM-A505FN has surfaced on Geekbench and it could be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A50.
As usual, the Geekbench listing has revealed the key specifications of the smartphone. Based on the previous reports, it appears that the SM-A505FN may hit the market as Galaxy A50.
According to the listing of Samsung SM-A505FN, it is fueled by the new Exynos 9610 SoC and 4 GB of RAM.

It is loaded with Android 9 Pie OS. The smartphone has recorded 1681 and 4897 scores in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench.
The Exynos 9610 chipset was announced in March this year. It is a 10nm SoC includes 2.3 GHz Corte A73 CPU cores and 1.6 GHz Cortex A53 CPU cores. The SoC includes ARM Mali G72 graphics. It is equipped with a new neural network engine for enhanced facial recognition.

With smart depth sensing, it brings support for bokeh mode on phones with single camera. The SoC also carries support for 480 fps slow-motion video shooting in full HD quality. It includes support for Cat. 12 LTE modem, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. The newly spotted Galaxy A50 could be the first phone to feature the Exynos 9610 chipset.
The SM-A505G, SM-A505GN and SM-A505GT are the other country variants of the Galaxy A50. The handset is expected to come in 64 GB and 128 GB storage sizes. It is not confirmed whether both the models will have 4 GB of RAM or only the base model will feature it. The handset is expected to come in color choices such as blue, pink, black, silver and white.

In July, Samsung had trademarked multiple monikers such as A10, A30, A50, A70 and A90 with European Union and Mexican authority named Instituo Mexicano de Propiedad Industrial. Now that the SM-A505FN smartphone has surfaced on a benchmarking platform, it can be assumed that apart from the Galaxy A50 phone, Samsung will be also launching Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, Galaxy 70 and Galaxy A90.
