The upcoming Samsung Galaxy SM-T545 tablet has appeared on Geekbench revealing a few specs. The listing confirms that this will be arriving as the first tablet with Snapdragon 710 chipset onboard. Unfortunately, there is no information available on the exact identity of the tablet.
As per the Geekbench listing, Samsung galaxy SM-T545 tablet is powered by Snapdragon 710 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. The device is loaded with Android 9 Pie OS. In the single-core test, the tablet has recorded a low benchmarking score of 929 and it has recorded a multi-core score of 4450. Previously, the SM-T545 and its variant SM-T545X were spotted on the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
Recent reports have revealed that Samsung is working on couple of tablets. There is an entry-level Galaxy Tab A powered by Snapdragon 429 chipset in the works. It is expected to arrive with an 8-inch display and Android 9 Pie OS. It will be equipped with 2 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 32 GB storage. The Bluetooth SIG listing of the tablet had revealed that it will be arriving as Galaxy Tab A. Its variants such as SM-T295, SM-T295C, SM-T295N and SM-T297 will carry support for LTE connectivity whereas the SM-T920 will only support Wi-Fi connectivity. There is no word on its release date.
The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Pro smartphones are launching in August. Around the same time, the South Korean company is expected to announce the Galaxy Tab S5 tablet with Snapdragon 855 chipset and 6 GB of RAM. The tablet is expected to carry support for S-Pen stylus. Its Wi-Fi only variant model has SM-T860 model number and LTE model has SM-T865 model number. In addition to this, it’s worth mentioning that Samsung has also trademarked the name ‘Galaxy Tab Active Pro’ and there have been rumors about Galaxy Tab Active 2 in the making.
