Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra with the SM-X906N model number has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking site.
The listing suggests that the South Korean company could be testing the performance before its official announcement. Rumors have it that the Tab S8 series of flagship tablets may debut in the first quarter of 2022.

Reports have claimed that the SM-X906N Samsung device will be launching in the market as the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Its Geekbench listing shows that it is powered by an octa-core chipset, which is codenamed as ‘Taro.’
The codename is mentioned in the motherboard field of the listing. Reports have revealed Taro codename belongs to Qualcomm’s forthcoming flagship chip, which is expected to debut on November 30. A recent leak claimed that this chipset will be debuting in the market with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 name.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powered Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra that has appeared on the Geekbench includes 8 GB of RAM. The device can be seen running on Android 12. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, the device scored 1215 and 3159, respectively.
