The Elder Scrolls 6 but the development process took more time than the gaming company or fans had expected. We are in 2022 now and going by the recent developments, one has to wait for a lot more time for the game to mark its arrival in its final form.
Recently, a new piece of information has emerged which has made fans realize that they have to make peace with the fact that The Elder Scrolls 6 is not arriving anytime soon. A screenshot of the Linkedin profile of an individual, working as in the HR department of Bethesda, was shared online. The profile of this Bethesda employee carries the information that The Elder Scrolls 6 is still in its pre-production stage.

While the unveiling of The Elder Scrolls 6 happened way back in 2018, the gaming company didn’t really share much information about post that event. Now that Microsoft has acquired ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, there are strong rumors about The Elder Scrolls being readied for an Xbox console exclusive release. Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer, too, had hinted about it last year.
Interestingly, Todd Howard, creative director at Bethesda, had earlier stated that The Elder Scrolls 6 could release as late as in 2027. He said this because of the way the internal development schedule of the gaming company was planned.
