Verizon is sending out the system updates for a clutch of Samsung devices, a LG smartphone and Motorola 5G Moto Mod as well.
The Samsung devices are the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e and Galaxy A50 apart from a tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. While most of the Samsung devices are receiving the latest Android security patches, system enhancements and performance improvements, the Motorola device is getting support for a better 5G experience from Verizon.
Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e
The three S10 series flagships from Samsung released earlier this year are getting their system update No. 6 from Verizon. All three devices have identical update contents, which include system enhancements and performance improvements. The August security patches from Android for all three devices are also included in the updates this time.
Samsung Galaxy A50 & Galaxy Tab S5e
The description of what changes with this system update for the Samsung Galaxy A50 and the Tab S5e is identical; there will be performance improvements in both the devices and the Android security patch of August is included. These are practically brand new devices and are up for their first system update on the Verizon platform.
Motorola Moto 5G Mod
This Motorola Mod sold by Verizon with 5G capability is receiving its fifth system update. Verizon says this software update will improve the 5G moto mod experience for the users of the device. Verizon has launched the 5G service in the US and with very limited number of models with the 5G capability, and some of the Motorola devices including Moto Z2 Force have been upgraded with the Moto mods to offer the 5G experience.

LG V50 ThinQ
This LG flagship released just a few months ago is just getting its third update from Verizon. This includes the latest security patches dated August 1, 2019 and the update also includes performance improvements for the phone.
