The brand new smartphone model Vivo 1611 is certified by the Bluetooth authority.
The model was earlier spotted in the GFX benchmark which also leaked its possible specifications ahead of launch.
According to a new listing by the official Bluetooth website, the Vivo 1611 which is known as the X9 outside China has successfully received its certification. The device sports some of the best specifications if we are to take the GFX page as a source. Once the company confirms the actual pricing of the phone in different regions, it is easier to conclude whether it is the next flagship killer or not.
The Vivo 1611 sports a large 5.5-inch display with full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Cortex A53 processor that is clocked 2.0 GHz. It runs on Adreno 506 GPU and has 3.5GB of RAM. The model comes with 64GB of storage space and based on the page, it is claimed that at least 53GB will be available for users.
There is a 15 megapixel camera in the rear with features including face detection, autofocus, flash and HDR photo. The model has a 20 megapixel camera in the front and it sounds a bit vague because most phones have bigger cameras in the rear. However, the Vivo phone could be a selfie focused device that has the best camera with a range of features mounted in the front for people who love to capture their moments all the time.
All the basic features a phone needs including Wifi, bluetooth, gyroscope, compass and others are found in it. The phone not only has a 209 megapixel front camera but an additional 8 megapixel sensor to come up with amazing selfie shots. The Vivo X9/ Vivo 1611 smartphone is expected to be launched in Europe and India this month. Based on the specifications and the pricing trend of the brand, we can expect this one to be on the affordable side with satisfactory performance. The final verdict can be revealed only when the model is out and it’s performance is reviewed. It is expected to be out before the end of February.
