Vivo S12 Pro Render Spotted, Reveals Front and Rear Design

Vivo S12 Pro and Vivo S12 are expected to launch this month in China.

Leaked images that have appeared in the recent past have revealed that the phones will be sporting a notch display. A leaked render of the Vivo S12 Pro is now doing rounds on Weibo. The image has revealed the front and rear design of the smartphone.

The Vivo S12 Pro’s leaked render has revealed that it will feature a slightly large notch on the front. It will be the first S-series phone to feature a curved edge display. The screen is integrated with a fingerprint scanner.

The rear-facing camera module house a triple camera unit and an LED flash. Its right edge has a volume rocker and a power key.

The source of the render revealed that the display notch will house a JN1 Samsung lens, which appears to be a 50MP camera, as the primary selfie snapper. It will be assisted by an 8MP camera. The dual selfie cameras will allow the smartphone to capture natural portrait shots.

V2162A & V2163A Model Numbers

The Vivo S12 Pro is also expected to offer improved performance and fast charging. It is speculated that the two Vivo phones with model numbers V2162A and V2163A that were approved by the TENAA and 3C authorities of China may debut in the Chinese market with the Vivo S12 and Vivo S12 Pro monikers.

The 3C listings of the alleged Vivo S12 models revealed that they will carry support for 44W fast charging. At present, there is no information available on the other specs of the S12 duo. The predecessor Vivo S10 and Vivo S10 Pro offered identical, and they only differed in the primary camera department. It remains to be seen whether the company will use the same strategy on the Vivo S12 series.
