Vivo V25 Pro smartphone with model number V2158 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking website.
The listing confirms the presence of MediaTek’s Dimensity 1300 SoC, 12GB RAM and that the phone is powered by the latest Android OS 12. The phone has bagged decent scores on Geekbench namely 669 and 2268 for single and multi-core performances respectively.
Vivo is getting the Vivo V25 series ready for official launch very soon. The V25 series includes three phones namely Vivo V25, V25e and V25 Pro. The model number of Vivo V25 is V2202 and that of Vivo V25e is V2201.
All these phones have bagged several certifications already and have appeared on Geekbench as well. The certifications show that the phone will be available in almost all South Asian countries. Since it has also been certified on the EEC website, it will be launched in the Eurasian regions.
Vivo V25 Pro will have a curved 3D AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 1300 chipset is excellent for gaming and offers more than decent battery capacity. This is a 5G enabled chipset and is found in several upper-midrange smartphones ranging from $400-$600. V25 Pro is expected to compete with the likes of Reno8 from Oppo, Nothing Phone (1) and Nord 2T from Oneplus.
From the leaked teaser image, we know that the phone will be available in blue color and that there will be a triple rear camera setup that’s arranged in the form of a capsule.
One unique aspect of the Vivo V25 Pro smartphone is the color-changing back panel. The rear panel will change colors under sunlight. This technology was already seen on the Vivo V23 Pro smartphone that was released last year.
