The alleged Vivo Y15s smartphone with V2120 model number has appeared at the Geekbench benchmarking site.
As usual, the listing has revealed the key specifications of the smartphone. The V2120 model’s Geekbench listing reveals that it is equipped with an MT6765V/CB MediaTek chip, which is nothing but the Helio G35 SoC.
The listing further states that it is equipped with 2 GB of RAM and Android 11 OS. It has scored 150 and 549 points in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench.
Apart from Geekbench, the only other place where the V2120 has been spotted before is the IMEI database. The listing revealed that it will be arriving in the market with the Vivo Y15s moniker. Readers are advised to wait for further reports to know the final marketing name of the V2120.
In related news, a new Y-series phone called the Vivo Y21s is likely to debut soon since it has been recently spotted at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The listing revealed that it measures 164.26 × 76.08 × 8.0 mm and weighs around 180 grams.
The smartphone offers connectivity options such as LTE, Wi-Fi 2.4/5GHz, Bluetooth, and GPS/Glonass/BDS/Galileo. It offers other features like a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB-C port. This model was recently spotted at Geekbench with some specifications like the Helio G80 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, and Android 11 OS. At present, there is no official confirmation of the arrival of the device.
Its measurements are similar to the existing Vivo Y21 smartphone. Hence, it appears that the Y21s may borrow some of its specs from the Y21, which offers features like a 6.51-inch HD+ display, an 8-megapixel front camera, and a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system. It is packed with other specs like Helio P35, 4GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
