Call Of Duty Seems To Have Dropped A Hint About Modern Warfare Sequel Reveal Date

For a while, one has been hearing different kinds of rumors about the next game in the Call of Duty series.

Infinity Ward has taken up the responsibility of developing the 19th entry of this much-successful shooter series. Activision had earlier stated that the upcoming title would be a sequel to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare which came out in 2019. Players have a lot of questions in their minds at the moment. However, they will get their answers soon if the rumored reveal date leak one has been hearing about turns out to be true.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare happened to be the 16th entry in this particular series and the eighth title which was worked upon by Infinity Ward. The game was designed as a reboot of one of the most loved sub-series in the game. The game revolves around a major conflict between Russia and a fictional country named Urzikstan. Here, players are in control of all those soldiers in the game who have become active participants in this conflict.

Infinity Ward wanted the fact, that it had sought inspiration from several real-life characters and instances, to come to the fore. This can be witnessed, more particularly,in missions like ‘The Embassy’ that was based on the attack on the U.S. embassy by militant groups in the year 2012.

The massive, that the Modern Warfare reboot received, got many players to speculate about a sequel. Reacting to these speculations, Activision stated that Modern Warfare 2 and a big Warzone update would be released in 2022. A lot of fans were wondering when the reveal of the game would take place. As per leaker TheGhostOfHope, the big reveal has been scheduled for May 30.

Though Activision and Infinity Ward haven’t offered any confirmation on the reveal, the alleged leaked date is in sync with the rumors one had come across in the recent past.
