This phone has been assigned the model number XT1955-4. As always, the NBTC certification for this model doesn’t reveal any specs of the phone.
However, we have got some valuable information from the FCC listing such as dimensions and battery specs.

Moto G7 Power Already Certified in Europe
We at Nashville Chatter Class had already found this model number (XT1955-4) back in the first week of October in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) but this model didn’t appear in any other certification site till date. However, it appeared again in the same European certification site EEC on November 20 for another variant of this model XT1955-7.
While rumors online were speculating this model to be the Moto G7, we then got FCC certifications for model numbers XT1962 and XT1965 which proved to be the real Moto G7.
Moto G7, G7 Play, G7 Plus and G7 Power
According to a tweet by Evan Blass, we were expecting 4 Moto G models for the year 2019 which were Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Power.
Lenovo may have cut the Moto C, M, & X lines this year, but next year is going to see a record number of Moto G models: Standard, Play, Plus, and Power.

A couple of days ago, we had the Moto G7 Play leak with all its specifications along with internal / external images and user manual in FCC (which is rare). The model number of Moto G7 Play was found to be XT1952-1 and XT1952-2.

This leaves us with just 2 other models waiting to be certified namely Moto G7 Plus and Moto G7 Power. Today, we’ve known the official model number of Moto G7 Power as XT1955. The only other unknown Motorola model number is one among XT1962 / XT1965. If one of them is the Moto G7, then probably the other model would be the Moto G7 Plus.
With certifications happening at a rapid pace, we can expect the models to be announced anytime in the near future. Let’s see how 2019’s moto phones perform better than its 2018 counterparts.
