Moto S30 Pro (XT2243-2) Specifications Revealed, to Debut with X30 Pro, Razr 2022

The Moto S30 Pro with an XT2243-2 model number has been certified by the TENAA authority of China. The same device was approved by the country’s 3C certification platform around a month ago.

With important certifications under its wing, it seems that the S30 Pro will debut soon in China. In all likelihood, the Moto S30 Pro will break cover alongside the Moto X30 Pro and the Moto Razr 2022, which are scheduled to launch on August 2 in China. The Edge S30 Pro will be an improved version of the Snapdragon 888 Plus-powered Moto Edge S30, which debuted in China in December 2021.

Moto XT2243-2 (S30 Pro) Specifications

The Moto S30 Pro has a 6.55-inch OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It appears that the device may carry support for up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen of the S30 Pro will be integrated with a fingerprint scanner. It is expected to run on the Android 12 OS and My UI 4.0.

The camera specifications of the S30 Pro are incorrectly mentioned in the TENAA listing. However, the listing states that it has three cameras, which indicates that it has a dual-camera setup on the back. The handset will also carry support for 8K video recording. The device is powered by a 2.995GHz octa-core processor, which suggests that it may retain the Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC.

The S30 Pro packs a 4,270mAh (rated value) battery. Its 3C certification has revealed that it may carry support for 68W fast charging. The device will arrive equipped with 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it may offer choices, such as 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB.

The Moto S30 Pro has 158.4 x 71.9 x 7.6mm dimensions, and it weighs nearly 170 grams. The device will be made available in different colors like black, gold, white, blue, cyan, red, silver, and gray.
